We spoke before on facebook. Your place looks great. Next time I get to Pittsburgh I’ll have to look you up, although I don’t see that haappening in the near future.
I herad that you mother sold (or is in the process of selling) her house. I sold mine in Syracuse 25 years ago.

I just wanted to say ‘hello’ and tell you how great your place looks.
