I am forever grateful. And I, too, have read several books on the subject and they don't even COME CLOSE to Ed's take on the subject. The integration of his real-life experiences worked-into-the-text make it a pleasure to read. It's a good read for anyone who's interested in Hospitality at all . . . he includes tons of great tips on housekeeping, budgeting, cooking, ect.
